Place tortilla on the flat surface. Lay lettuce leaves on the tortilla, covering the surface. Top with grilled chicken in the center of the wrap. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and top with shaved IL Villaggio Asiago cheese. Finish with croutons.
Fold in the two sides of the tortilla, then roll up like a burrito. Cut in half and serve.
