Speck & Parmigiano Reggiano Pinwheels
Ideal for snack-time, anytime, these savory pinwheels with IL Villaggio Speck PGI and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP are sure to delight.

Ingredients (Serves 8)

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 5 oz IL Villaggio Speck PGI
  • 5oz IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese, crumbled

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Gently roll thawed pastry onto a flat surface and spread evenly with Dijon mustard. Cover the pastry with a layer of IL Villaggio Speck PGI. Sprinkle IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano evenly on top. Roll the puff pastry tightly, beginning with the longer side. Cut into 1-inch thick sections and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 8 – 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
