Spring Charcuterie Cups
Crumbled IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and IL Villaggio Prosciutto Crudo or IL Villaggio Speck PGI wrapped breadsticks can be delightfully presented with an assortment of tender, raw, spring vegetables. Accompany by your favorite dip or dressing.

Ingredients (Serves 6)

  • 8 oz IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
  • 6 yellow or red cherry tomatoes
  • 6 large Italian breadsticks
  • 6 pieces IL Villaggio Prosciutto Crudo or IL Villaggio Speck PGI
  • 6 endive leaves
  • 3 baby cucumbers
  • 12 sweet peas
  • 3 radishes
  • Vegetable dip, for serving
  • 6 medium length toothpicks
  • 6 paper cups

Instructions

Cut IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano into 1 1/2 inch cubes and skewer 2 pieces on toothpicks with cherry tomato. Place into the cup. Next, wrap the IL Villaggio Prosciutto Crudo or IL Villaggio Speck  around a breadstick and place into a cup next to the IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano. Fill the rest of the cup with endive, sweet peas, and radishes. Top with additional IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano cubes and serve with a vegetable dip of choice.
