Summer Snacking Cups
Combine berries, slices of toasted bread and thin wedges of IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano DOP drizzled with honey for a delightful summer treat perfect for a picnic.

Ingredients (Serves 12)

  • 6oz IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
  • 2 cups assorted berries
  • 12 Crostini
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • Fresh herbs of choice, such as thyme or rosemary

Equipment

  • 12 cups or cones
  • 12 wooden skewers or toothpicks

 

Instructions

Cut IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano into 2-inch wedges and place 2 pieces into each cone. Skewer fresh berries on wooden tooth pick and fill cone. Add crostini to each cone, and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with honey.
