Ingredients (Serves 12)
6oz IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
2 cups assorted berries
12 Crostini
2 Tbsp honey
Fresh herbs of choice, such as thyme or rosemary
Equipment
12 cups or cones
12 wooden skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
Cut IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano into 2-inch wedges and place 2 pieces into each cone. Skewer fresh berries on wooden tooth pick and fill cone. Add crostini to each cone, and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with honey.
