Winter Holiday Charcuterie Cups
Garnish IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, crackers, olives, salami and cherry tomatoes with fragrant rosemary to make festive, individual antipasti handhelds.

Ingredients (Serves 6)

  • 8oz IL Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
  • 6 large or 12 small crackers
  • 1 jar assorted olives, pitted
  • 12 pieces salami
  • 18 cherry tomatoes, or tomatoes on the vine
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish
  • 6 toothpicks
  • 6 small cups

Instructions

Cut Il Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano into 2-inch wedges and place into each cup. Place crackers next to the Il Villaggio Parmigiano Reggiano then add olives to the cups. Skewer two pieces of salami on each toothpick and place into the cup beside the crackers. Top with cherry tomatoes and garnish with fresh rosemary.
